Spheres of Life

from New Domes of Earth by Roderick Shoolbraid

/

about

A lot of this album was inspired by Vangelis Papathanassiou's score to Frederic Rossif's "L'Apocalypse des Animaux. Some the ideas behind this also formed the concept for the album. I listened to this a lot during the period of 2006-2008.
In the plot of "New Domes" this is the scene where the vast glass greenhouses are growing food and animals for consumption. There is a strange beauty between the forces that caused the "great extinction" and the unstoppable force that is the drive to live and experience Life.
